Cancellation Policy
I charge a 50% service fee for any cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment. A 100% service fee is charged for same day cancellations and no shows. No shows are banned from future bookings. Refusal to pay the fee prohibits ability to book any future appointments.
